Excursion Itinerary
Hotel Pick-up
Our driver will pick you up from your hotel and escort you to the airport. (Pick-up is usually around 04:00 AM, depending on your hotel’s location).
Flight to Cairo
Departure on a morning flight from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo (flight duration: approximately 1 hour).
Note: Exact flight schedules may vary depending on the airline.
Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival, you will be met by a professional English/Italian-speaking guide who will accompany you throughout the day. Look for our guide outside the main arrivals hall holding a “VOVA” sign.
Optional: Traditional Felucca Ride on the Nile
Enjoy a relaxing boat trip aboard a traditional Egyptian felucca (sailboat). A great opportunity to admire the city, feel the famous Nile breeze, and immerse yourself in the local atmosphere. (Extra cost: £10 GBP)
Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)
Transfer to the Grand Egyptian Museum, located at the foot of the Giza Plateau. This world-class facility showcases Egypt’s incredible heritage with over 100,000 artifacts, including the Tutankhamun galleries and the Khufu Solar Boat Museum. The museum’s architecture blends modern design with traditional motifs. Currently, the main halls are open to the public, offering a curated selection of extraordinary artifacts.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in the Pyramids area.

Shopping in Cairo
You will spend about an hour shopping for Egyptian antiquities, essential oils, papyri, and souvenirs in the local markets. (If you prefer not to shop, you can relax inside our air-conditioned bus).
Discover the Giza Plateau (The Pyramids and the Sphinx)
Explore ancient wonders built over 4,500 years ago as monumental tombs for the pharaohs. You will visit the Great Pyramid of King Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure. We will conclude the visit at the Great Sphinx of Giza, the iconic and mysterious statue with a lion’s body and a human face guarding the plateau.
Return Flight to Sharm El Sheikh
Our guide will accompany you to Cairo Airport for your return flight. Upon arrival in Sharm El Sheikh, our representative will greet you and drive you back to your hotel.
